What it is

CreditAssist Financial Services (CAFS) is a debt settlement company dedicated to helping worthy customers (you) become debt free. CAFS serves as an intermediary between the customer and debt owner and attempts to settle the debt amicably.

How it works

With a Limited Power of Attorney signed by the customer, CAFS negotiates settlement agreements with the debt owners. While negotiations are occurring, the customer is required and encouraged to save as much money monthly as possible. As soon as ample funds are saved and negotiated settlements are made, required sums are transferred from the customer's savings and the settlement amounts are satisfied.
